Nordija JSC has reconstructed the building at Didžioji Street 18/2 which was of deteriorating condition and adapted it to the business needs. This building has a lasting architectural-historical value as a building built in Modern style at the beginning of the 20th century. The following elements are of lasting legacy: the basement of the 16th century, the main staircase, the hall room (which, at the beginning of the 20th century, was the hall of the city mayor), the interior decoration typical to the 20th century found in the first and the second floor and the façade of the building.

Not only has Nordija JSC restored the building itself, it has also taken care of preserving its historical-architectural value: in has restored the authentic moulding in the rooms of the first and the second floor in accordance with the monument management conditions and the metal railing of the central staircase; it has also preserved the authentic door in the central staircase, restored and preserved the basements and restored windows bricked up in the hall of the Magistracy of Vilnius City during the Soviet period; because of this, Savičius street has become more vivid in a certain way.

In the building that is currently rented by Nordija JSC, there are currently premises for trade and administrative activities as well as new positions for work.
